    Business Development Manager

    During my extensive career, I have been involved in the design and deployment of major technology projects as a Senior Project Manager. At Lamda Hellix, I am responsible for the technical and financial planning of mission critical facilities in South Eastern Europe.

    I am very pleased working for Lamda Hellix because it allows me to use the experience I have gathered in the development of highly innovative and complex technology projects. My collaboration with our Consulting Engineers allows me to pass on my experience on successfully overcoming technological challenges. It gives me great satisfaction to contribution in the improvement of technology services quality, not only of Lamda Hellix but also Greece.

    Consulting Senior Engineer

    I am a Mechanical Engineer with a PhD in Fluid Mechanics and before Lamda Hellix, I worked as Technology Consultant in large companies in Greece and abroad. Since 2008, I am a member of Lamda Hellix’s Integration & Consulting business unit as a Senior Consulting Engineer responsible for the study and design of data centers.

    Working for a company active in one of the most contemporary and growing industries is a personal challenge. Innovation, continuous training and optimization of design tools in conjunction with the management of complex data center projects, are some of the most interesting aspects of my role in Lamda Hellix.

    Head of Maintenance & Support

    I started my career as an engineer of industrial and technological applications. Since 2008, I am a member of the Lamda Hellix’s Data Centers Operations business unit and in 2011, I took over the management of Maintenance & Support team that is responsible for the service we deliver both to our own and our customers’ data centers.

    Continuing training in technical aspects, design and implementation of complex systems and successfully meeting technological challenges, make my work at Lamda Hellix extremely interesting and rewarding. Teamwork, transparency and meritocracy are some characteristics of our working environment that I truly value in Lamda Hellix.

    Sales Manager of Key Accounts & e-Business

    Since the beginning of my career, I work in commercial departments of IT and telecommunication companies. I joined Lamda Hellix in 2009 and I am managing the sales of the services we provide in our data centers.

    What really motivates me working in Lamda Hellix is the commitment in providing world-class services to our customers supporting their operations on a 24x7x365 basis. It is a culture of “Total Customer Responsibility” which runs the commercial department and influences all of us to continuously develop both our sales skills and ourselves.

    Consulting Specialist

    I am with Lamda Hellix from the first day of Athens-1 data center operation in 2003 and I was present at every stage of its development. Since 2006, as a Consulting Specialist, I provide consulting on the design and development of new data centers as well as optimization of existing critical facilities.

    I enjoy working at Lamda Hellix because it offers me the opportunity to be involved in the largest and most state-of-the-art data center projects in the region. At the same time, I am working in an environment that bolsters creativity and promotes mutual respect, teamwork and advancement of expertise through continuing training.

  • 1. Business Applications Support Specialist

    Lamda Hellix, is the leader of data center services market in Southeastern Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for 14+ years, helping companies of any size, from large institutions and Telcos to startups, to connect with the opportunities of the digital world.

    Our state-of the-art services includes colocation, cloud, consulting, development, operation and technical support of data centers. Our commitment to constantly deliver exceptional customer experience and to maximize efficiencies in outsourcing has been recognized with more than 25 awards.

    Lamda Hellix is seeking to expand its dynamic team of professionals with a Business Applications Support Specialist. The BA Support Specialist will work to drive accelerated implementation and adoption of Business Applications of users at all levels throughout the organization with ERP, CRM, Ticketing & Customer Service Applications among others.


    Main responsibilities

    • Member of the Design team, Rollout and Support Process of Applications
    • Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP or other business applications users
    • Understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes
    • Gather, document and analyze business requirements from key users and assist developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
    • Specify and manage business applications implementation and updates
    • Guide internal and external resources through Systems implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization
    • Interface with Applications & Systems vendors to ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered
    • Identify improvements in business applications and ensure proper implementation
    • Train and coach end users
    • Provide additional reports and customization where applicable


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT). Additional Business degree (MBA etc) desirable
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • 8-10 years of experience delivering full life cycle implementations
    • Ability to communicate effectively with different parts of the organization
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to see the big picture for global optimized solution across all areas
    • Ability to make decisions independently
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment

    Lamda Hellix is seeking to expand its dynamic team of professionals with a Senior Relationship Manager. This role will enhance the company’s position in the marketplace through leadership and in-depth experience.

    We are seeking candidates who ideally combine a strong commercial background with deep technical understanding and feel exited to provide value to typically multi-level customers through strong and consistent relationship management.


    Main responsibilities

    • Play a key role in the development of our business in our existing clientele and identify prospect clients in Greece and abroad for our collocation, operations, consulting and integration business units
    • Manage the company’ s relationship with major customers acting as a trusted advisor to Telecommunications, Financial & Insurance institutions and other leading enterprises
    • Deal with on a daily basis and often deliver business and technological presentations to C-level executives and decision makers
    • Represent the company in various conferences, trade fairs and networking events to attract potential clients and to develop the relationship with existing ones
    • Work alongside our engineers, data center operation staff and our marketing team to contribute in the execution of our business strategy, the delivery of exceptional customer service and the achievement of outstanding commercial performance including timely response to requests and to RFI / Ps
    • Close Deals and Negotiate contracts with Customers
    • Forecast and Report accurately short and long term business. Understand and report trends
    • Follow and understand international trends, services and pricing on the global DC Industry
    • Leadership skills, capability to work in matrix environments
