    During my extensive career, I have been involved in the design and deployment of major technology projects as a Senior Project Manager. At Lamda Hellix, I am responsible for the technical and financial planning of mission critical facilities in South Eastern Europe.

    I am very pleased working for Lamda Hellix because it allows me to use the experience I have gathered in the development of highly innovative and complex technology projects. My collaboration with our Consulting Engineers allows me to pass on my experience on successfully overcoming technological challenges.     I am a Mechanical Engineer with a PhD in Fluid Mechanics and before Lamda Hellix, I worked as Technology Consultant in large companies in Greece and abroad. Since 2008, I am a member of Lamda Hellix’s Integration & Consulting business unit as a Senior Consulting Engineer responsible for the study and design of data centers.

    Working for a company active in one of the most contemporary and growing industries is a personal challenge. Innovation, continuous training and optimization of design tools in conjunction with the management of complex data center projects, are some of the most interesting aspects of my role in Lamda Hellix.

    Duties

    The role

    The Data Center Coordinator manages the operation, maintenance, and support of Data Centers Infrastructure.

     

    Main responsibilities

    • Responsible for the critical facility infrastructure operation
    • Coordinates the corrective and preventive maintenance
    • Responsible for project financial management
    • Preparation of offers (including technical and fee proposals)
    • Delivery of exceptional communication with customers and customer service satisfaction
    • Responsible for the management and coordination of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors
    • Monitors the infrastructure operations efficiency by achieving energy efficiency targets
    • Prepares accurate reports
    • Monitors compliance to health and safety policy standards

    Requirements
    • 6 years of relevant work experience, at least 3 years working for critical infrastructure (manage routine maintenance, emergency services and support on a variety of critical systems such as: Medium voltage, LV switchgears, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, building management systems, safety and security systems, etc.)
    • BSc in Electrical Engineering
    • Knowledge and application of energy management standards will be considered an asset
    • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written and verbal) and technical terminology

The Security Service Manager (SSM) is fully responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of physical security of the data centers on a 24 hours/7 days basis. The SSM also provides a professional interface with the public, ensuring that the data centers have the necessary protections.  

    Your role

    • Oversee the security aspects of sites (risk analyses, scenario evaluation) and the service solution (design) process and ensure that service strategies are reflected.
    • Develop, implement, and manage security concepts and corporate strategies, including the design of security management controls to mitigate risks, and losses and ensure business continuity.
    • Coordinate and report on all aspects of physical security, coordinate and conduct training programs and security audits, and inspections.
    • Manages interfaces between service solution and other processes/departments, the responsibility that all headquarter given corporate physical security policies are followed and met.
    • Ensures the consistent design and solution of services, to meet current and future business requirements.
    • Support improvement of all certification projects.

    Your role

    As QM:

    • Support and manage our Quality and Compliance management systems, as related (but not limited) to Information Security (ISO27001), Business Continuity (ISO22301), Energy Management (ISO50001), PCI-DSS and Service Organization Controls (SOC2 type 1 and 2 reporting).
    • Prepare and manage reports and repositories for collection of evidence data and samples as required by audits and certifications.
    • Identify and prepare and implement programs for additional relevant certifications (ISO14001, ISO9001 and others)
    • Prepare and conduct internal and external audits, instruct and coach all stakeholders that are involved in audits.
    • Monitor the timely inspection and calibration of tools, measuring equipment and critical sensors.
    • Support Operational Effectiveness, Risk Management and Business Continuity reviews together with the Manager Operations and relevant Operations Managers.
    • Measure and improve the effectiveness of Ops processes and procedures in terms of both quality and time effectiveness.
    • Use best practices such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S, to improve on relevant aspects of Operations Management.

    As HSM:

    • Setup and manage a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management framework within the local Interxion organization, complying with national rules & regulations
    • Develop a Health & Safety culture in the local organization, through training, communications, and inspections
    • Monitor and report the HSE aspects within the Operations department; actively drive measures to prevent incidents/accidents
    • Identify and prepare improvement programs related to HSE.
    • Prepare audits and reports related to HSE
    • Responsible for maintaining the relevant certifications

    Requirements

    What you’ll need

    • Educated to a technical degree at bachelor level or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leading quality role in an industrial, critical environment (e.g., full continuous factory)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as Quality Manager
    • Ideally also practical experience in Health & Safety Management
    • Minimum of 2 year in a managerial role
    • Qualifications in relevant best practices (e.g., ITIL, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred

    Lamda Hellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager that will join the Operations team to support the ongoing growth of the company. The Customer Success Manager is accountable for the end-to-end holistic delivery of the contractually agreed Operational Service for Key / Strategic (International) customers, managing the customer interface on all operational elements of the contract(s) across internal functions, processes and people.

    Your role

    • Is accountable for the end-to-end holistic delivery of the contractually agreed Operational Service for our customers, managing the customer interface, and potentially partner interface (System Integrators and Service Providers) on all operational elements of the contract.
    • Leads and oversees the Customer Success Management function and team and has full people management responsibility for the team members.
    • Is accountable for developing and maintaining Customer Success relationships with other internal teams to ensure that all teams deliver on the operational elements of our contractual commitments with customers.
    • Ensures an Account Knowledge Management System (AKMS) is maintained as a central repository of the data, information and knowledge needed to manage the lifecycle of services to Customers.
    • Identifies, manages, and creates awareness of non-standard Customer requirements including T&Cs, SLAs, reporting, access rules and H&E from Design through to Operations.
    • Identifies risks to Operational SLA and ensures awareness within the Operational organization at a Country and Group level.
    • Local process owner for the Customer Success owned processes, accountable for the effectiveness, improvement, and outcomes of the process.

    Requirements

    What you’ll need

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics (MBA), Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in customer relationship
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a customer service environment in a service company, preferably a utility, data center, IT, or telecommunications company.
    • Experience in leading and supervising a small high caliber team
    • Experience with Service Management, preferably of more complex international customers
    • ITIL qualifications and experience are preferred
