EUDCA, founded in Brussels in 2011, is the only Pan-European non-profit Association aiming to promote all aspects of data center industry and its challenges. LAMDA HELLIX is a founding member of the Association and has been represented at the Board since its establishment.
The annual board meeting took place during Datacloud Europe in Monaco where the new members of the board where elected. Some of Europe’s data center market leaders are members of the board holding deep knowledge over the challenges the industry is currently facing.
During the recent board meeting, Mr. Apostolos Kakkos, LAMDA HELLIX’s Chairman & CEO was elected the new Chairman of EUDCA. The election of Mr. Kakkos was based on his contribution to the association throughout the years, aiming to enhance the profile of EUDCA and to intensify the promotion of issues that concern the data center industry at the European Council.
LAMDA HELLIX is a Greek company that despite the adverse economic situation of the country, intensifies its efforts to promote Greece as a leading information hub in Europe. The company’s contribution to EUDCA is another effort to advance the regulatory framework of the industry in a pan-European level and to highlight the ability of Greece to be part of the international market of critical technological infrastructure.
