Lamda Hellix has the pleasure to announce that Roland Nicklaus has joined its Board as an independent non-executive Director.

Roland has nearly 25 years of experience in investment banking at Rothschild, HSBC and RBC. During this period, he has continuously held client-facing roles vis-à-vis blue-chip corporates as well as leading private equity houses and infrastructure funds, predominantly in the European Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors. Roland advised on 50+ completed M&A transactions, 20+ leverage finance and debt capital market transactions, and 15+ IPOs with a total transaction volume in excess of €150 billion.
