LAMDA HELLIX sponsored Capacity Eurasia 2016, the only wholesale telecoms event that connects Asia, Europe & Middle East. Our Chairman & CEO, Apostolos Kakkos, presented in a panel discussion the important role of data centers in the terrestrial transit routes through Eurasia.

Capacity Eurasia is well established as an important meeting point for partnership and trading in the region and provides an excellent platform to connect the leaders of telecom industry. The panel discussion, in which Mr. Kakkos participated, was focused on the constant demand for capacity regardless of the unstable political and economic situation in the Eurasian market. The instability combined with the competition from other carriers, is leading the companies in search of alternative terrestrial routes that will ensure that the demands will meet maintaining the cost of service in competitive levels.
